Broward Table Tennis Club
With 16 tables, high ceilings, quality lighting, a weight room and a cafeteria, The 14, 000 square foot Broward Table Tennis Club is not just the premier table tennis center in South Florida. It is one of the top facilities in the United States.
Head coach Terese Terranova manages the Broward Table Tennis Club. Terranova and her coaches have been developing junior table tennis players for over 40 years. Terranova’s longstanding commitment to teaching the sport of table tennis and the success of her South Florida club earned the Broward Table Tennis Club the honor of being a National Center of Excellence.
Terranova had an illustrious career in international table tennis. Her peak was in 1987 when she ranked as the #1 female wheelchair table tennis player in the world. Terranova remained in the top three in world rankings from 1987 to 1996.
The Broward Table Tennis Center serves as South Florida’s Junior Olympic training facility. The Broward Table Tennis Center even hosted the South Florida US Open warm up at its facilities. The Broward Table Tennis center is unique because of its commitment to developing junior players exclusively.
