It attaches nicely and securely. It's a great gift, especially if you don't have the room for a full size ping pong table. The ping pong paddles are a bit cheap and could be upgraded slightly. I like that the unused portion of the 5 foot length of net retracts into the housing and therefore become invisible. May 11, 2015
